Those instructions of mine don't say anything about installing a driver I didn't have to so if you have been following some other wild goose chase ideas it could be that your Teredo is somehow too afflicted and since I can't recreate the problem can't come up with ways to fix it and I am not one for making suggestions that begin with the word "try".
